Wade Ardery has had a lifelong passion for exploring the arts. In 2000, he received his bachelor's in Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature from the University of Minnesota where he also began taking studio art courses in figure drawing, color theory, and painting. He discovered The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts part-time classes in 2012, enrolled in the full-time program in 2013, and graduated in 2018. He elected to incorporate cast drawing and painting during each year of his study, finally experimenting with adding color reflections into the casts. Wade is currently painting still life, landscape and portrait at his home studio in Roseville.
