Stuart Loughridge is a printmaker, watercolor painter, and oil painter. He studied at The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts in his early 20s and thereafter took some classes with Joe Paquet. He has studied extensively with his father, a painter and printmaker. In his 30s, Stuart began an in-depth study of indirect painting techniques, studying under Jim Robinson at The Art Academy of Saint Paul. Stuart operates a studio in the West End neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, specializing in landscape and portraits.
