Non-Discrimination Policy
The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts pursues a non-discriminatory policy and is open to all eligible students regardless of race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation or national origin.
Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policies for Classes, Workshops, and Lectures
Registration
To be officially enrolled in an Atelier class, workshop, or lecture, the tuition must be paid in full. Registrations are accepted in the order in which full payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a student cancels 7 days or more before the first class, full tuition, less a 10% registration fee, will be refunded. There is no refund if a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class.
If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, you may either transfer to another class or be refunded 100% of your tuition.
Should a class period need to be canceled due to weather, The Atelier will contact students by phone and/or email as soon as the decision is made. Please be certain to provide us with all necessary contact information when you enroll in a class. For weather-related cancellations, the class will usually be extended by one week.
We are unable to give refunds for individual classes missed due to illness.
COVID-19 Policy
The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Arts is instructing our teachers, students, associates, contractors, and other invitees to follow all Center for Disease Control and Minnesota Department of Health guidance, which may be updated or supplemented from time to time.
If you feel sick, STAY HOME! We understand that everyone's training is important and no one wants to miss class. However, we need people to be responsible and stay home to protect your fellow students and teachers. Many students or their family members may have underlying conditions that make them more susceptible to illness. Please let us know ASAP if you test positive for COVID-19 or have come into contact with someone who has.
