On September 12th co-directors, Dale Redpath and Cyd Wicker, were notified that Sempris, LLC, a Minnetonka-based business services company, made a donation of 12 Keilhauer black leather conference chairs, valued at $3,000, to The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Art in Minneapolis.
Sempris Chairman, President and CEO George S. Richards said in a statement from his Naples, FL office, “We’re pleased and proud to contribute to this innovative fine art program and we look forward to continuing our support of the arts in our community in the coming years.”
In a joint statement, Cyd and Dale stated, "While we are always in need of replenishing our supply of chairs for meetings with The Atelier Board of Directors and for our series of lectures, these exceed all expectations. As a non-profit school of fine art we are on a very restricted budget, we could never afford to purchase chairs of this quality on our own. We are very grateful to Sempris for this generous donation."
