WORKSHOPS
- Equine Art
- Students working in oil or pastel will do several horse studies in black and white and color to strengthen their understanding of proportion, gesture, composition, value and color. The class will meet at the Atelier and work will include cast drawing and learning the sight size method. For some of the horse studies, photo references will be used with an emphasis on how to benefit and use photography correctly, avoiding its drawbacks. A materials list will be sent once you have registered for the class.
