Linda Glewwe is trained in the classical realist tradition. The hallmark of her work is her originality of expression and use of vivid colors, both in still lifes and portraits. The Minnesota native began her artistic training with three years at Atelier Wicker Howell. She then proceeded to Atelier Lack, where she studied for another two years. Her work is currently being exhibited in both the Southwest and the Midwest. In addition to current commissioned work, she is also teaching privately, offering special emphasis on academic drawing, line, tone quality and color.
